It’s now time for yet another list of amazing Netflix documentaries to watch.

The Pharmacist
Synopsis
After his son’s tragic death, a Louisiana pharmacist goes to extremes to expose the rampant corruption behind the opioid addiction crisis.
My thoughts
In my last Netflix post, I recommended watching a great dramatisation of the opioid crisis. And we all love it when Netflix provides us with a great recommendation based on what we’ve recently watched.
You will not be disappointed if you sit and watch The Pharmacist. At some points, the story is so fascinating, I thought it must be fiction. But it is real!
Following a dad on a mission, not only to solve his son’s murder, but also to take on all injustices that impact kids in America.
Definetely worth a watch!
The Deepest Breath
Synopsis
Bonded by their love of freediving, a record-setting champion and a heroic safety diver try to make history with a remarkable feat, ready to risk it all.
My thoughts
What an amazing programme. Not only does this documentary teach you about the freediving community, but it also follows how someone dedicated their life to this extreme sport. And a twist at the end you probably won’t be expecting.
I Am a Stalker
Synopsis
Convicted stalkers and survivors share harrowing accounts of harassment, abuse and other crimes in this documentary series.
My thoughts
I found this documentary series so fascinating. The stories behind how stalking began the backstory of someone’s life and how their experiences led to this. It’s also interesting to look at how the different laws in each state of America vary and the lengths victims would go to, to prevent the perpetrator from harming someone else.
American Nightmare
Synopsis
After a harrowing home invasion and kidnapping in 2015, a couple is accused of staging the ordeal when the woman reappears in this true-crime docuseries.
My thoughts
I love how these documentaries are filmed, where interviews are conducted with family & friends and you’re trying to pick up on their reactions. To work out the result. This format keeps me gripped all the way through.
This one was pretty fast-paced and exciting to watch – with some shocking revelations and controversy over how the victims are dealt with by law enforcement.
The end will have tears in your eyes. Definetely worth a watch.
Sins Of Our Mother
Synopsis
When Lori Vallow’s kids vanished, the search for them unearthed a trail of suspicious deaths, a new husband who shared her doomsday views — and murder.
My thoughts
This is a tragic account of a horrible act carried out by a mother. But the lead-up to the outcome – details the strange motivations for the decision. And in true Netflix fashion, the accounts from all family members who were impacted were the most harrowing. Definetely worth a watch if you.

This sounds like a good list, I watched American Nightmare and thought it was so awful how they were both treated by law enforcement. I shall add sins of the mother to my list.

I have watched the pharmacist, it is so scary how opioid use is going.
I plan on watching American Nightmare and I am a stalker, I just haven’t gotten round to them yet, but from what you said about them I will definitely enjoy them.
