Following 15 years of suffering from severe anxiety symptoms, I decided it was time for a change. After hitting rock bottom, following a mental breakdown and redundancy, I had nothing to lose.

In just 10 months I created not one, but two successful blogs and this is my third. I also completely changed careers and built the work-life balance our family needed.

Why is commitment important?

It’s important to think about commitment to certain tasks, so we can ditch the things we are not too bothered about and focus on our passions.

Blogging is my passion. Therefore, even on days, I feel like I don’t want to write, I push myself because I have an ultimate goal I want to reach and I’m not there yet.

How goal setting can help you
